  • You should engage a property stylist as soon as you decide to sell your home. A stylist can present the property at its best, enhancing its appeal & ensuring it is ready for professional photography & buyer inspections. Early styling helps showcase the home's key features, attract more interest & create a strong first impression with potential buyers.

  • Yes. We regularly collaborate with real estate agents, vendors, builders, & developers to ensure each property is presented to the highest standard. By working closely with all stakeholders, we create tailored styling solutions that enhance buyer appeal, support marketing campaigns, & help achieve the best possible sales outcome.

  • We offer a styling/hire period of 8 weeks or 12 weeks.

    Once your property has been sold, we will contact you to arrange a suitable collection time. If settlement is delayed & you require an hire extension, we can offer a weekly rehire at an additional cost.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly during the peak seasons (August, September & October).

  • Our partial property styling proposal works closely with owner occupied properties where we incorporate our furniture with your existing furnishings to suit your day to day living during a campaign. However, some vendors choose to temporarily move out during the sales campaign so the home can be fully styled & photographed without personal items, which can help create a more polished presentation.

  • No. As professional property stylists, our goal is to maximise your property’s appeal, helping you achieve a timely sale and the strongest possible result.

  • While extensions are rarely required, if your property has not sold by the end of the agreed hire period you have the opportunity to extend. Extension fees are offered at a weekly rate that is outlined in your proposal. MCA Interiors will be in contact with you or your agent 1 week prior to the end date or alternatively we will arrange a convenient collection date for all styling items.

  • Unfortunately, we don’t offer clients the option to select individual furniture pieces for their home. As qualified stylists, we carefully curate each installation to ensure your property is beautifully presented & aligned with your target market.

  • Yes. We offer pre-sale consultations where we provide recommendations on furniture placement, decluttering, maintenance, repairs, colour updates & presentation strategies.

  • Yes, absolutely. All of our furniture, artwork, & homewares are fully insured while on hire within your property. MCA Interiors also maintains all appropriate business & public liability insurance policies relevant to the property styling industry, providing our clients with complete peace of mind throughout the styling process.
