01. Initial Onsite Consultation
It all begins with an initial onsite consultation, where we will assess your homes personal style, demographics to appeal to your target market & envision your spatial plan & design. During this visit, we assess the layout & flow of each space, allowing us to craft a bespoke styling plan that highlights your property’s full potential.
02. Propossal
Within 24 hours, you will receive a tailored proposal based on our initial assessment & the considered approach we take to enhance your home’s presentation. This proposal will outline the styling recommendations & furniture required to help achieve the highest possible sale price. It will also provide insight into how we position your property to appeal to your target buyer & stand out confidently within your local market.
03. Set The Date & Installation
The most exciting part is scheduling your installation date once proposal is approved. This date is coordinated with your marketing photography & campaign timeline to ensure your property is presented at its best from day one.
Our team begins to curate & thoughtfully select furniture, artwork & decor specifically suited to your home & property’s style, layout & target market based off the initial proposal. Every piece is carefully selected to enhance flow, atmosphere & visual appeal.
On scheduled installation day, our team will manage the full delivery, placement & styling of all selected items. We will be right by your side from start to finish, ensuring we take care of everything. The final reveal, be prepared to be in awe & not recognise your home.
04. Sale Day & Collection
Your property is beautifully styled & ready to make a lasting impression. After the campaign & celebrations, we will arrange a convenient collection date for all styling items. While extensions are outlined in each proposal, they are rarely required.
